Vendors Park in Lot between Mansfield Library and University Center, set up before 11:00 AM. Trucks and Vehicles are Not Permitted on the Oval Circle without Campus Security Approval
Vendors are Required to Comply with Missoula County Health Department Rules and Licensing (http://www.co.missoula.mt.us/Licest/PlanReview/TFS/TFS.htm). Products listed as Organic must follow USDA requirements ( http://www.ams.usda/gov/ANSv1.0/nop)

We’re looking for Music, Dancers, and Arts and Crafts that will make this a true celebration of the honey bee. We are recruiting Vendors and Demonstrations of Bee-related Arts and Crafts – candles, wax objects, bee theme jewelry, fancy beehives, and other bee related items (general arts and crafts products are not allowed).

Beekeeper, Students, and Those Interested in Bees and Beekeeping: the 37th Annual Western Apicultural Society Conference and the 2nd International Conference on Hive and Bee Monitoring has three full days of speakers and vendors who will be in the UC Theater and Ballroom from Sept 17-19, with Saturday morning Short courses. Student, Daily, and Weekly Registration Options are available for WAS members and non-members.
